About Mindshift Mentoring

As a Certified Human Capital Life Coach trained by the Coach Training Alliance (ICF-accredited), I bring over 30 years of experience in leadership mentorship within the hospitality, tourism, and small business sectors. I serve as a Board Member for the Jefferson Center for Mental Health, where I focus on fostering human connection and supporting life transitions. Additionally, I volunteer as a CASA advocate for young adults in transition, providing essential support during their journeys. As a mentor for the Global Gaming Women Circle and the Colorado Tourism Leadership Journey, I emphasize personalized coaching and transformational coaching to help individuals thrive. I am also a proud member of the Colorado Inclusivity in Travel Coalition and the Destination Stewardship Committee, and I actively participate in the Golden Women in Business network. Furthermore, I lend my time to volunteer for Jefferson County Elections.

I’m a lover of travel, hiking, pickleball, a glass of bubbly, and new adventures that stretch my soul. My journey is deeply inspired by faith, family, and friendships, which foster human connection and enrich my life. I live in beautiful Golden, Colorado, with my husband of 35 years, a retired U.S. Marine Colonel, and our golden retriever, Rocky.
