For over 30 years, I built high-performing teams and cultivated service-driven cultures in the hospitality and gaming industry. But at the heart of my work was always the same purpose: to inspire people to discover their potential, shift their thinking, and create lives filled with meaning and possibility.
Today, I bring that same passion into Mindshift Mentoring, a boutique coaching practice dedicated to supporting individuals and leaders through life’s transitions with clarity, confidence, and heart.
Shift Your Thinking. Shape Your Life.
Hospitality is my superpower. Human connection is my gift. I believe coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s a personalized mentorship experience designed to meet you where you are and support you in becoming who you’re meant to be.
Transformation is an inside job, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I’m a lover of travel, hiking, pickleball, a glass of bubbly and new adventures that stretch my soul. Faith, family, and friendships continue to inspire my life. I live in beautiful Golden, Colorado with my husband of 35 years, a retired U.S. Marine Colonel and our golden retriever, Rocky.
“In life’s adventure, it’s all about making moments that matter with the people, places and experiences you collect along the way.”
A complimentary 15-minute discovery call to talk through where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether working together feels like a good fit. No pressure, just clarity.
I have completed a transformational life coaching training program and bring several years of experience supporting clients as they work toward meaningful goals. My background in organizational and personal development gives me a deeper understanding of what motivates people and how to turn insight into lasting change. I’m committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting them with clarity, encouragement, and practical tools along the way.
Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.
